The most common federal laws that are investigated by the WHD are the FLSA provisions related to minimum wage, overtime pay, and laws related to employment of minors. In addition, the WHD enforces the Family and Medical Leave Act, Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, Field Sanitation Standards of the OSHA, McNamara-O&rsquo;Hara Service Contract
