The unemployment rate was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrm.org\/ResourcesAndTools\/hr-topics\/talent-acquisition\/Pages\/BLS-HR-Jobs-Unemployment-Nov-2023.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported at 3.9 percent in October<\/a>, the highest rate since January 2022.
