?Are you a fan of Wordle? Check out All Things Workle<\/a>, SHRM’s version of the popular word game.<\/p>\n

Before and during the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2022 (SHRM22), All Things Workle will challenge players to brush up on words related to New Orleans and the SHRM Annual Conference.<\/p>\n

The game’s name is a play on the SHRM tagline All Things Work. Players get six tries to guess each day’s secret word. The goal is to figure out the word using the fewest number of guesses. In-person attendees can compete June 13 and 14 to win a $500 shopping spree at the SHRM Store. A winner will be chosen June 15.<\/p>\n

Words from May 12 to June 11 will relate to New Orleans. The words for June 11, 12, 13 and 14 will relate to SHRM’s benefits and culture reports, which will be released at SHRM22. <\/p>\n

“All Things Workle is not just a game,” said Brad Gebert, SHRM Research’s lead data scientist, who is overseeing the game. “It’s a great way to learn more about the world of work. Each day’s answer will tie back to the world of work in some way.”<\/p>\n

How to Play<\/span><\/p>\n

Words can have as few as four letters and as many as 10, such as “labor force.”<\/p>\n

A tile changes color to show how close your guess is to the answer\u2014gray if the letter is not in the secret word, orange if the letter is in the word but in the wrong spot, and blue if the letter is in the correct spot.<\/p>\n
